If you want to start with your local town or your local city then you can afford to go a bit more broad as you’re going to have a competitive advantage by being in the same place as your potential clients and that builds a certain kind of trust. But if you want to go national or international then you need to focus. The good news is most niches are going to work just fine for you Whether we’re talking about plumbers or roofers or contractors or landscapers irrigation power washing dog grooming spas the list just goes on and on. Anyway back on track That previous post that you’re going to put on your Facebook or Instagram well it’s a good start. So now we’re ready to move to cold outreach but we’re going to do it in a smarter way. Here’s what you’re going to do Go to Google and type in dentist in Dallas or orthodontist near me. And then look at the top results especially the ones that are paying for ads. You’ll recognize them because they should have the word sponsored beside their listings. So why these people well because they already believe in marketing. After all they’re either paying for ads to show up at the top or they’ve spent a decent amount of time money or energy on SEO search engine optimization in order to claim one of those top coveted spots. They’re just missing a better offer. So these are perfect clients. Call them email them or use a contact form and say something like this Hey I help dentists turn website visitors into booked appointments without spending more on ads. Would you be open to seeing how that might work for your office you’re not asking them to spend more here just to convert better and soon I’ll show you exactly how to deliver that.
Another way to reach your ideal target market is to join Facebook or LinkedIn groups that are full and present with your target market. But please don’t spam or you’re going to get blocked and banned so fast it’ll make your head spin. Instead what you want to do is look for questions that people are asking and then comment with helpful answers or free tools or some tips. This builds authority fast and leads to natural conversations which is what we’re really after here. Now if you want you can possibly follow up with a DM but again don’t pitch too soon here or Word is going to get back to the moderators and you’re going to get booted from the group.

Phase three become a client magnet. Once you’ve got proof that your stuff works it’s time to flip the script so leads start chasing you. And don’t worry like I said earlier I’m going to show you exactly what to offer and how to deliver insane results in just a minute. But first here’s a game changer One of the most powerful ways to attract high-paying clients is to create content that solves their unique and specific problems. I’m not talking about generic how to run ads fluff content that tries to appeal to everyone. What I’m talking about here is this hypertargeted search friendly content like best Facebook ads for dental implants or lead genen for mortgage brokers in a down market or how to scale an HVAC business with $500 in ad spend. I’m talking about stuff that your ideal client is literally typing into Google right now. And when they search it your face pops up. So that’s instant trust.
