Let’s set up a time to chat about your new walk-in shower. .  And as you can see right here it says “This message was generated by conversation AI We are flexible on date and time Tomorrow and Monday works for you.” Then the AI said “Cool Here are the slots that we have available.” Now we linked up the client’s calendar inside of settings. And then you can go into integrations and you can just sync it so it’s always live. If they’re busy it’s not going to show them as available. Monday 10 a.m works great I’ll book for Monday. Then it gave the name and address and even cell phone. And then the conversation bot said “Thanks Name can I get your email address to complete the appointment booking?” They gave the email and the AI automatically populated that contact inside of free go high level and then as you can see the appointment details were updated. The appointment was confirmed indeed at that time we look forward to discussing your remodel project and then we had follow-up conversations after that where the AI is saying I’m looking forward to hearing about your vision and dreams during the design consultation in 2 hours. Now this conversation was done over SMS . Once we get their phone number, we switch to texting them. This allows us to keep in touch with them days after they’ve left the website. .  And this literally happened a couple weeks ago as you can see January 6th. Now not every conversation is going to be this smooth but we’ve trained the AI bot to overcome any objections that this person may have or we trained it to know these services. So if they had a question about how does your bathroom remodel work you know what materials do you use we fed it all of that information so it can actually answer these questions.

Let me give you a quick look at how we set this up .  So if you go over to settings and then you hit conversation AI you can set this up in just three clicks which is also why I like it. We have SOPs so I’m not even setting this up. I have a full-time employee in the in the back end of my company that’s doing this for clients. You go to bot settings you just hit autopilot right here. You choose chat widget live chat and again they can have this website built on any platform Squarespace Weebly WordPress uh Web Flow it doesn’t matter or even inside of GoHigh Lee. So you go in here you check that off you go under bot training and all you do is you put in the client’s website inside of here the web crawler and it will read the client’s website and get all their data all their details and the bots’s trained. All you have to do is integrate the client’s calendar and you are ready to go. Now I still recommend that you do test it right here under test your bot and just make sure that it works before you launch it live. And then under bot goals we want it to actually book appointments. So we have the personality right here. Uh you can pause the screen. You can read through some of the stuff that we input it. We have the intent. So the goal is to book appointments and collect full name email and phone number. And then additional information that we might need is right here. And then we just checked off appointment booking. And then you can hit save. So as you can see there’s no coding. You don’t need to have advanced prompt knowledge and this and that. And again we have all these templates already pre-built so you can just import it into your account.
